- Scheduled services: information and advice for passengers (timetables & fares), sale and inspection of tickets
- Travel services: (inter)national multi-day trips and day trips
- Checking the operational readiness of the vehicle including the technical systems
- Ensuring order and cleanliness before and after journeys
